Avon Wildlife Trust
Avon Wildlife Trust Thornbury Group welcomes new members interested in learning more about wildlife. In the winter months a series of guest speakers give us illustrated talks in the Old Bakery Annexe in Chapel Street, Thornbury. It's about £2.00 for non-members if you want to try it out.
Talks are advertised on this site, in the Thornbury Magazine and on noticeboards round the town. Throughout the year there are workdays and guided walks at our three nature reserves: Charfield Meadow, Thornbury Mediaeval Fishponds and Filnore Woods Community Woodland. For more details phone Allan Burberry on 01454 413528, Jerry Dicker on 01454 416945, or email jjdicker@blueyonder.co.uk.
